About Me

Matt Avery spent years envisioning a unique fantasy world that could hold a thousand stories or more. When he finally put pencil to paper, putting together the world of Urothica, it still would be several years before anything was published. With little formal education in the craft of writing, he sought the knowledge of editors, readers and the vast (and sometimes questionable) resources of the internet in an attempt to craft something people could enjoy. He hopes to finalize the King of Crowns and look onward to his other series or something new entirely!

When he is not writing, Matt enjoys cooking, hiking, video games and spending time with his family and golden retrievers, Maui and Juniper.
